Welcome to the Archives section of The Invisible Man Online!  Looking for past news and updates?  You've come to the right place!  Feel free to pull up a chair and browse through the files.  Eberts doesn't mind as long as you put the file back in the right cabinet.  He's very fastidious about such things you know.

03/30/06 - Announcing the World Premiere of Push!
Sources:  Method Fest, Filmmaking.com, IMDb

Paul's Indy film Push premieres this Saturday, April 1, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at the Louis B. Mayer Theatre in Woodland Hills, California.  It's just one of several independent films being released at The Method Fest Film Festival, which runs from March 31 to April 7 in Calabasas.  Tickets are $10.

Synopsis:  Drugs, sex, and the allure of fast money blur the boundaries in Push.  Joe (Lindberg), a bartender at Mulberry Street pub owned by Vince (Palminteri), is dissatisfied with his financial situation and tenuous relationship with his girlfriend, Lisa (Ayanna). While out clubbing with best friends Kevin, a rookie stockbroker and recovering drug addict, and Mickey, a suburban rich kid, the trio gains possession of a package of ecstasy abandoned by a drug dealer during a bust. Seeing this as an opportunity to make some fast cash, they approach neighborhood dealer Paul Diaz (Sanchez) offering to distribute the drugs for him. Kevin, driven by an unhealthy love of the "fast lane" and envying the life of a more accomplished broker in his firm, Tommy G (Rapaport), increases the volume of their operation while relapsing into his past addictions. But as payday approaches, the friends come to realize that visiting the other side comes at a very high price.
